Equipment Guidelines

Upon registering for a class the most frequent question is "What should I bring to get the most out of my training experience?"

We recommend that you dress appropriately for classroom and outdoor participation. It may be cool in the class room so please dress accordingly. Keep in mind that most of our classes involve training outside. You will need to dress appropriately for an outdoor range and the weather scheduled for the day of the class. We suggest bringing a hat, boots, sun block and jacket as needed. Wear clothing that is comfortable which allows for a full range of motion as required by the class you are attending.

Basic equipment for all classes:

To maximize our training time we will often work through lunch. Please prepare a snack, bottled water or alternative electrolyte. You will need to bring pen and paper for the class room portion. Your firearm, ammunition (no reloads), eye protection and ear protection will be required for the firing range portion.

Rental packages are available for specified classes should the student not have the required equipment. The package includes eye protection, ear protection, gun and ammo for $25.00
